The HB-1

We would like to thank Dr. Eric Corban of Guided Systems Technologies (a 1993 member) who sent us a new tail rotor box after ours broke during flight testing.

This is the layout of the hardware on the helicopter.  The aircraft is a standard X-Cell 60 with an OS 61 RX engine.  The flight computer is an Aaeon PCM-4894.  Sonar is based on Polaroid modules.  The schematics are in the "Electronics" section on this web page.  Data link is a Aironet MC4800 module on the aircraft and AP4800 on the ground.  Bandwidth is 11Mbps ethernet.
